I. The Prime Directive

Indeep4crypto.com is a digital risk intelligence platform. It is not a financial advisor, broker, dealer, or investment manager. Nothing published by this platform — including Extraction Maps, Benthic Calibration reports, Hull Breach Warning Indicators, Bathymetric Scan results, or any other intelligence output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

The Prime Directive is enforced without exception. Subscribers who interpret any content as financial advice do so entirely at their own risk and against the explicit terms of this agreement.

II. The Nature of the Intelligence

All intelligence produced by the Benthic Intelligence Pipeline is the result of forensic smart contract examination, structural analysis, and adversarial simulation modeling. It represents a point-in-time assessment of protocol architecture and is subject to change as protocols evolve, are upgraded, or are exploited.

Ground truth is not assumed — it is verified. However, verification is not a guarantee of future performance, security, or structural integrity. Smart contracts can be upgraded, governance can be compromised, and market conditions can invalidate structural assessments with no warning. Subscribers acknowledge this inherent limitation.

III. The Anti-Casino Mandate

This platform operates under a strict Anti-Casino Mandate. No content produced by Indeep4crypto.com will promote, reference, or engage with web3 gaming, online casinos, gambling protocols, or speculative instruments designed to extract value from participants through probability mechanics. This mandate is non-negotiable and permanent.

Subscribers who attempt to use the platform's intelligence infrastructure to evaluate, promote, or engage with prohibited categories will have their access revoked without refund.

IV. Tiered Access and Subscriber Obligations

Access to the Benthic Intelligence Pipeline is structured across two tiers. Tier I (Free) provides surface-level intelligence and methodology overviews. Tier II (Benthic Layer) provides full access to the extraction infrastructure, including Extraction Maps, Benthic Calibration reports, and Bathymetric Scan results. (Pressure Chamber) is in development and will be revealed to active subscribers upon launch.

Subscribers agree not to redistribute, resell, republish, or otherwise share gated intelligence content outside the platform. Each subscriber account is for individual use only. Bulk access, API scraping, or automated extraction of gated content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

V. The 7-Day Trial Protocol

New accounts verified through the Descent Protocol are granted a 7-day Tier II trial period. This trial provides full access to the Benthic Layer infrastructure. Upon expiration of the trial period, access is automatically downgraded to Tier I unless a paid subscription is activated. No data is deleted upon downgrade — Tier I content remains accessible.

Trial accounts are limited to one per email address. Attempts to circumvent the trial limitation through multiple account creation will result in permanent platform exclusion.

VI. Data and Privacy

Indeep4crypto.com collects only the minimum data required to operate the platform: email address and subscription tier. No financial data, wallet addresses, or trading history is collected or stored. Authentication is handled via secure magic links and identity tokens — no passwords are stored in plain text.

Subscriber email addresses are used exclusively for platform communications: intelligence dispatches, account notifications, and operational updates. They are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

VII. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indeep4crypto.com, its operators, analysts, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or reliance upon, any intelligence content produced by the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses incurred from trading decisions, protocol interactions, or smart contract deployments made in reference to platform content.

Subscribers use the platform entirely at their own risk. The platform provides tools for analysis — the decisions made with those tools are the subscriber's sole responsibility.

VIII. Modifications to This Agreement

Indeep4crypto.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via the Trench Broadcaster dispatch system. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

If a subscriber does not agree to modified terms, they may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
